Coleham - Shrewsbury
This property in Coleham, Shrewsbury was purchased by Beestons Property Services and has undergone a full renovation from top to bottom. What was once a tired derelict house has been completely transformed through careful planning, quality workmanship, and attention to detail throughout.
The renovation showcases our ability to manage and deliver an entire project in-house, from structural works and services through to finishes and final presentation. The result is a modern, well-finished home that reflects the standard and pride we bring to every project we undertake.
Clive - Ongoing Project
This property, acquired by Beestons Property Services, is being completely transformed through a comprehensive renovation. The project demonstrates our hands-on approach and ability to manage complex builds from the ground up.
With the renovation now well underway, the scope of works includes extensive structural improvements, internal layout changes, the installation of a new insulated slab with integrated underfloor heating, and full damp proofing and tanking solutions. Plumbing, electrical works, plastering, bespoke wall panelling, and full internal refurbishment are all being carried out as part of a carefully managed programme, leading the project through to completion.
